Modern drum technology
Our drum is a successful combination of rugged construction and state-of-the-art drum technology. The fully perforated drum and all components in contact with the wash are made of high quality stainless steel, 4301 material and guarantee high drying capacity.
Compact steel construction
The sturdy base of the dryer is made of powder-coated steel construction, which is structurally established for maximum continuous loading.
Drum drive by drive rollers
The drums of our dryer models are driven directly by drive rollers. V-belts are eliminated in this type of direct drive, so it is very efficient and economical.
Radial air circulation
With our very special airflow, the air circulates from top to bottom through the entire drum. This contributes to fast and thorough drying of all laundry. In addition, by treating the laundry gently, Stahl dryers can also be used for delicate fabrics such as outerwear, curtains, etc..
Easy filter cleaning
The lint and moss filter made of HIGH QUALITY STEEL is located under the drum and can be conveniently and easily cleaned from the front through a large cleaning cover.
Large working openings
Our large, side-opening work opening with control window is quite easy to manipulate. It allows you to conveniently and carefully load and unload the laundry.
Timer control with built-in cool-down phase
You can easily select the drying time via a timer. As standard, the timer control is equipped with a cool-down phase, which regulates the residual heat to be utilised in the last minutes of the drying phase and the heating not to continue. This prevents creasing, saves energy, protects the environment and lowers your costs.
Heating coil with forced ventilation
Our heating coils are constructed in such a way that only warm air enters the drum, no cold air is drawn in. This is again an advantage for energy saving and environmental protection.
Standard safety devices
All of our Stahl dryers feature a door contact switch that ensures the drum stops immediately when the operating opening is opened. In addition, our machines have an air shortage safety device, it causes the drying process to stop automatically when the resistance in the exhaust air is too high.
Free programmable microprocessor control FREEpro
This modern control with large display and text indicator promises you easy menu-driven service. It gives you total control throughout the drying process. All parameters can be freely programmed. There are 6 standard drying programs on the control hard disk and a further 93 address identified locations in the machine memory are available for your self-composed drying programs. As standard, this control has a comprehensive diagnostics function with a text indicator that minimises your possible downtime and service costs. You can program the following parameters individually – start time, drying duration, cooling duration, outlet and inlet air temperature.
