Controll® Topseal is a new generation of treatment for all types of construction materials without causing damage to the environment. With a special catalyst the product penetrates deep in to materials such as concrete or cementitious structures, brick and block work, natural stone such as granite, marble and sandstone.
It is ideal for building facades such as mosaic and tiled surfaces, monocapa, swimming pools and non-glazed tiled surfaces, as well as floors, bathrooms and kitchens.

Controll® Topseal penetrates into material and forms a crystal barrier that gives a strong and transparent protection inside a wall or concrete forever. The surface is resistant to water and other liquids. This surface shine will last at least 10 to 15 years and then will need to re-applied. It does not change the structure in the material or the colour of the surface.

- FREE DELIVERY - for orders over 150.00 BGN excluding VAT.
- Orders below these minimum values are fulfilled by Speedy Courier and the price is determined by the weight of the order and the delivery address and is calculated automatically after completion.
